Refunds & Returns

Thank you for shopping with, all of our products are manufactured to a strict criteria and should be received in an entirely satisfactory condition. However, if you are not entirely satisifed with your purchase we are here to help.


All items must be returned within 14 working days of receipt and must be in an unused condition in the original packaging. Proof of purchase must also be present with any return.


All returned items will be inspected for damages upon receipt by ourselves. We will notify you after inspection to confirm that the products have been received by us in a satisfactory condition or otherwise.

All approved refunds will be reimbursed via your original method of payment within 7 working days of us receiving the return.

Return Delivery Costs

All return delivery costs will be met by the buyer and are non-refundable. Any outward shipping costs incurred by ourselves are also non-refundable.


Please note, special order items, namely powder coated barriers and branded items are non-refundable.
